10×20 Royal Gorge – Solar Powered!

Wow, what a shed! This 10×20 Royal Gorge modal has a finished out interior, ready to be your home office, workshop, gym, studio, etc. The floor, walls and ceiling are insulated, as well as double pane insulated windows. Shiplap wall covering with a black accent wall and aspen v-groove ceiling makes a statement on the interior. This shed is fully ready to go “off grid” with a 440 watt solar panel, a Bluetti 2000 watt power unit. This means you have no connections needed for power and at only 200 square feet, a permit is not required in most counties of Colorado.

Like this model but do not need solar power? No problem, we can customize for you and leave the solar option off, saving you some cost!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This unit is a “permanent display” and is not for sale. You can purchase one to be built identical to this building, but you will not receive the on lot model. The new build lead time will vary but is generally 8-12 weeks. Our other inventory is available to buy “off the lot”.

Building Permit

Flat rate fee for filing and securing permit, including site visit and site plan. This fee varies by county, contact us to see what the rate is for your county. Customer to reimburse CSC for any applicable city or county fees. PLEASE NOTE: This price does not include a floor plan. If needed, a floor plan will cost extra.
